Returns and Replacement Policy

1. Within 7 days from the date of delivery of the Product, Customer may return a Product when Customer:

1.1 receive a product that is fundamentally different in nature from the Product specified in the Customer Contract;

1.2 receive a faulty or damaged Product;

1.3 receive a product that is not as advertised on the platform;

1.4 wrong item is delivered;

1.5 receive a product that has missing parts/items; or

1.7 receive a product that does not fit (for fashion items).

2. When Seller has provided replacement Products or given the Customer a refund, the non-conforming Products or parts thereof shall become Seller’s property and upon request such Products or parts thereof should be shipped back to Seller.

3. Risk of damage to or loss of the Products shall pass to the Customer at the time of delivery, or if the Customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Products, the time when Seller has tendered delivery of the Products.

4. In cases where the customer refuses to take possession of the product without sufficient cause or justification, Seller will safely keep the item for a period of fifteen (15) days, reckoned from the date Seller receives the product from customer. After the lapse of such period, the product or item is deemed abandoned by customer, and Seller may dispose of the product or item.

5. The Customer may, within 7 days from delivery of the order from the seller, opt to return the product, even without any fault or damage. However, the customer shall not be entitled to any cash refund. Instead, the Customer is entitled to a store credit equivalent to the purchase value of the product. Any expenses on returning the product, including the delivery and transportation and other charges, shall be bourne by the Customer/Buyer.

6. Only products purchased from The Watch Store online store may be returned. Products not bought in the online store may not be returned to Seller.

7. Seller reserves the right to refuse delivery if proper documentation on the transaction has not been provided to the Seller by the Customer.

8. Seller may refuse to accept the return of the product if Any product that fails quality inspection from Customer Service (i.e., scratches, worn, damaged, etc.).

9. Seller may also not accept returns once the product has been customized and sized, to which the customer accepts.  Products (such as Rubber straps), that are improperly sized or cut due to the customer’s specifications provided to the Seller are not returnable or exchangeable.

10. If you wish to exchange a purchase for another item, please just return your undesired item for a refund in store credit and order a new item. But please note, return shipping of item is bourne by the buyer.

11. For Products sold and purchased by the Customer with a discount on Seller’s online platform, no exchange will be accepted.

12. For specific products, i.e,. watches, the product shall be returned with its original packaging box, warranty cards, user manual, and any extra links due to bracelet sizing. In the case that any of these items are not returned, additional charges will be applied to process the return.
